Krishnamurthy and Anoor N. Ramakrishna became immensely popular not only across Karnataka but throughout the country. He accompanied several eminent musicians of his time. Under his leadership, the development and manufacture of specialised strings suitable for a wide variety of musical instruments, as well as sruti pipes, became possible. His innovative contributions extended beyond Karnataka and proved valuable to musicians across the world. Vidwan A. Veerabhadraiah was associated with several prestigious institutions, including Vijaya Sangeetha Vidyalaya, Vani Sangeetha Vidyalaya, Karnataka Ganakala Parishat, and the Karnataka State Sangeetha-Nritya Academy.
