Akkarai S. Sornalatha

Akkarai S. Sornalatha is an Indian classical violinist and vocalist and the younger sister of Akkarai S. Subhalakshmi.

She is a disciple of her father Akkarai S. Swamynathan and also trained under O. V. Subramaniam, Padma Natesan, and P. S. Narayanaswamy.

As part of the Akkarai Sisters, she is active as both a vocal and violin duettist. She is an A-grade artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan and has received honours including Kalaimamani jointly with her sister.
