Jyotsna Srikanth

Jyotsna Srikanth was born in Bengaluru into an Andhra musical family. Her early training began with Carnatic vocals under her mother Ratna Srikantaiah, and she later learnt violin from R. R. Keshavamurthy.

Her career has crossed Carnatic solo and accompaniment work, South Indian film recording, Western classical training, jazz, and fusion. After moving to London, she performed at international events and built a UK-based artistic life.

Srikanth founded Dhruv Arts and the London International Arts Festival, and was appointed MBE in the 2023 Birthday Honours for services to music and charitable endeavours.
