Manoj George was born in Olarikkara in Thrissur district, Kerala. His work spans violin performance, string arranging, choral arranging, conducting, film music, documentary scores, corporate music, and advertising music.
He is credited as conductor, string arranger, solo violinist, and choral arranger on Grammy-winning albums including Winds of Samsara and Divine Tides.
George has performed widely around the world and is described in public profiles as one of the Indian violinists recognised by the Recording Academy in connection with Grammy-winning projects.
