Biography
Parents K Satyanarayana and N V Kamalamma Gurus: Sarvasree H Prabhakar Phatak H Bheemachar T G Tyagarajan and S Seshagiri Rao Other Services: Worked for Canara Bank for 32 years and took Voluntary retirement in 2015 and since then, performing in concerts and training students both online and offline. Many students have completed the Junior, Senior and Vidwat exams conducted by the Karnataka State Examination Board and Sree Gangubhai Hangal University Mysore in flying colours. Performances: 1. Performed in various prestigious venues and organisations in and out of the State like Bangalore Gayana Samaj, Sree Rama Seva Mandali, ISKCON, TTD, SVBC channel , Mantralaya, Sringeri, Horanadu, Mysore Dasara, Hampi Utsava and many others. Awards: 1.Piteelu Vaadana Brahma from Malleswaram Brahman Sabha, Bengaluru 2.Piteelu Kala Praveena by Kanakapura Sangeeta Sabha 3.Piteelu Kala Samrat from Sree Sharada Sangeeta Sabha, Harohalli 4.Swara Sangeeta Bhargava from Sree Shankara Bharathi Trust Hospet Achievements: 1.Performed in a 50 violins concert at Chennai held on the occasion of Golden jubilee of Indian Independence in the year 1997, directed by renowned Violinist Vid.A Kanyakumari. 2.Performed for Bangalore Doordarshan in a project on Pancharatna kritis of Sree Tyagaraja, directed by renowned Violinist Sree Kunnakkudi Vaidyanathan. 3.Participated as a valuator for the Junior , Senior and Vidwat exams,conducted by the Karnataka State Examination Board and Sree Gangubhai Hangal University. 4.Performed as an invited artist for AIR and Doordarshan Bangalore in the programs held on the occasion of festivals like Ugadi, Deepavali and others..
