Anuradha Sridhar

Anuradha Sridhar is the daughter and disciple of Lalgudi Srimathi Brahmanandam and the niece of Lalgudi G. Jayaraman.

She began learning in Chennai at the age of five and represents a multi-generation Lalgudi family line that traces its musical inheritance back through Lalgudi Gopala Iyer and earlier family musicians.

After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, she founded Trinity Center for Music and became an important teacher and performer for Carnatic violin in North America.
